  • As the world is awakened again while most humans are staying home and going inward, this is the best moment for us to plant seeds literally (if you pick up gardening again), or plant seeds for what TRULY makes our heart sing, after a long-hard talk with ourselves.⁠ ⁠ You know we are all shaken to realise that many of our desires cannot stand the test of time:⁠ ⁠ 🧐that dream bag that you used to be willing to saved up for - how many toilet rolls can you exchange it with?⁠ 🧐that big house by the seaside in a tourist spot with the nearest hospital is at least 1 hour away?⁠ 🧐that dream job at that "unicorn" company which was supposed to have breakeven 3 years later, given the economy is good?⁠ 🧐 that charming guy whom still hangs out in pubs, concerts and goes barbecue with friends, while optimistic but also not acting in a smart and responsible way to the society and in protecting his loved ones?⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Those surface-level desires dissolve, so we can dig deeper.⁠ ⁠ 🔥What are the essence of what makes a beautiful, safe, welcoming home for me and my loved ones?⁠ 🔥How do I keep nurturing my relationship with friends and old parents even we don't see each other often?⁠ 🔥 How does a lifestyle that bring me true happiness would look like?⁠ 🔥 How would I structure my life and career and my resources so that I can stand the test of time?⁠ 🔥What are the core essentials that I'm looking for when I'm finding my life partner?⁠ 🔥What life skills that I should start learning so I can better protect myself and my loved ones?⁠ ⁠ ⁠ What are really important to us, and is our current lifestyle sustainable for long term? ⁠ ⁠ If not, just change our priorities, and time to make some new plans!
  • While the entire planet earth is shutting down for its recovery, the humanity population is switching our social/geographical mobility to online mobility. Is it going to lead us all to another over-reliance on our internet, and how we connect with the world? P.S. Everyone is becoming more philosophical nowadays - that's a gain for all of us for sure😉
  • When the entire world is forced to go inward, to retreat to rest to meditate to read to write to reflect to play to dance to sing to make art to heal What positive changes are we making collectively when 7 billion people are doing the same? 💚We are experiencing what will be recorded in history books. A new era is about to emerge. Before that, the old one has to crumble down. Time to🌟 Reevaluate our life priorities Reset our routines Reduce the fat on our belly, and our to-do list Remember our dreams, our greatness and resilience Recollect our strengths to protect ourselves and our loved ones It is a test for us all. When we get a pass, we can uplevel💚 Stay strong everyone 🙏🙏🙏

  • Time for bed, but couldn't stop your racing mind? If you are a Generator or Manifesting Generator in Human Design (which is 75% of population), we need to wear out our energies during the day by physical movements. Just like kids need to play outdoor during daytime to sleep like a baby at night, exercises helps us release stress and unused power so that our engines can start again in a clean slate the next day. So what to do if you've been sitting in front of the computer for the entire day?
